1. Introduction

At Entherm Inc., we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical behavior. Our Code of Conduct provides guidelines to ensure that all employees act in a manner consistent with our core values and comply with applicable laws and regulations. This Code applies to all employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Entherm Inc.

  • Anti-Corruption: Bribery, kickbacks, and any form of corruption are strictly prohibited. Employees must not offer, give, or accept any form of inducement or benefit to influence business decisions.

  • Health and Safety: Employees must follow all safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions or practices.

5. Conflicts of Interest

  • Personal Interests: Employees must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with the interests of Entherm Inc. Any potential conflicts should be disclosed to management.

  • Gifts and Entertainment: Employees must not accept or offer gifts or entertainment that could influence or appear to influence business decisions. Modest gifts and entertainment are acceptable if they are lawful and reasonable.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • Confidential Information: Employees must protect the confidentiality of Entherm Inc.’s proprietary information and not disclose it without proper authorization.

  • Data Protection: Personal data of employees, clients, and business partners must be handled with the utmost care and in accordance with relevant data protection laws.

7. Use of Company Resources

  • Property and Assets: Company resources, including equipment, technology, and intellectual property, must be used responsibly and only for legitimate business purposes.

  • Internet and Communication Systems: Employees must use company communication systems and internet access responsibly and in accordance with company policies.

8. Reporting and Accountability

  • Reporting Misconduct: Employees are encouraged to report any violations of this Code of Conduct, unethical behavior, or other concerns to their supervisor, HR, or through the company’s anonymous reporting system.

  • Investigation and Discipline: Entherm Inc. will investigate reported violations thoroughly and take appropriate disciplinary action, which may include termination of employment.

9. Training and Awareness

  • Education: Employees will receive training on this Code of Conduct and are expected to understand and comply with its provisions.

  • Updates: The Code of Conduct may be updated periodically. Employees will be notified of any significant changes and are responsible for reviewing and adhering to the updated Code.

10. Acknowledgment

All employees must acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Code of Conduct. Failure to adhere to the Code may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
